Delivery
We aim to send your order out within 48 hours of placing your order, however during sale and busy periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay – we ask you to allow a handling time of 1-3 days for all orders.
All customers will receive a tracking code after their order is shipped.
Please note: while uncommon, additional customs charges may be determined by authorities at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers in Asia 2-5 days
Products will be packed and shipped within a few days of receiving your order and sent express.
Shipping Costs for customers from Thailand is US$1.51 or free for orders over US$31.50.
Shipping Costs for customers from Asia is US$9.90 or free for orders over US$100.00.
USA customers – 2-5 days
Products are shipped from our trusted fulfillment centers in the USA. Orders are usually packed and dispatched the same day or the next working day with express shipping.
Shipping costs for customers in the United States are US$11.50, or free for orders over US$100.00.
We offer as well express shipping for US$15.50.
Please note that during the Christmas season, delivery times may be longer. Keep an eye on our October sales and shop early — our products make meaningful, planet-friendly gifts.
Worldwide delivery – 3-7 days
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Thailand. We pack and dispatch most orders the same day or the next working day, using express shipping.
Shipping costs are US$15.00, or free for orders over US$100.00. Please note that additional import duties, taxes, or VAT may be applied by your local customs office.

We hope that you love what you ordered, but if for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, provided it is within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be new and unused, with all originals labels attached.
If in the unlikely event you receive damaged items, please send us a photograph and we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
