Designed for a comfortable grip, the bamboo handles are 100% compostable and will biodegrade back into the soil without shedding any microplastics or chemicals. Unfortunately, at this moment the bristles cannot decompose naturally so do need to be removed and put inside a small container for recycling before you compost the handle.

How can I dispose of my biodegradable toothbrush at the end of its life?
The handles of our biodegradable bamboo toothbrushes can be put into your home compost or commercial composting bin and it will biodegrade back into the soil. The nylon bristles will not compost, however; you’ll need to pull these out with pliers and add them to your plastic recycling.
Alternatively, give your bamboo toothbrush a new lease of life by reusing it around the house. It’s great for cleaning hard-to-reach spaces in your kitchen or bathroom.
